Connecting Shopify makes your store the fulfilment and attribution layer for your campaigns. It lets The Cirqle sync your product catalog, order and ship products to creators, generate a unique discount code per creator, and attribute sales back to the creator who drove them. Connect it alongside Meta and TikTok during setup, so attribution works from your first campaign.
Connecting it
Go to Settings, then Integrations, then Shopify, and connect your store. You are sent to Shopify to install The Cirqle app. Installing is free and you are not asked to pay during install. Once installed, the connection shows as active and your catalog syncs.
You can connect at any point, including after a campaign draft already exists. A draft built before you connected does not need rebuilding, you can select Shopify products on it afterwards.
If a connection error shows
Not connected: connect under Settings, then Integrations, then Shopify, and retry the step you were on.
Connection expired, or the connection has an issue: reconnect from the same place. Your existing campaigns and product selections are kept.
Wrong shop selected: you reconnected a different store from the one linked to this brand. Reconnect the store you originally connected. Your existing connection is left unchanged.
Reconnect required for product ordering: stores connected before product ordering existed are missing the order and shipping permissions. Reconnect to grant them, nothing else changes.
Shopify subscription required: shown to brands who signed up through the Shopify App Store. The connection activates once the plan is paid. If you have just paid, refresh after a few minutes.
Discount code creation failed: check that the connection is active and that your Shopify user has permission to create discounts.
Disconnecting deletes the Shopify data we hold for you, and it cannot be retrieved even if you reconnect the same store.
Still stuck? Message us in the chat with the campaign name, plus the creator name for a shipment or discount code issue, and we will look at it.
