Post detection runs automatically once the post is public and the creator's social account is connected. If a post stays on not yet detected, send us the creator name and the date the content went live via the chat. We mark the post as completed, so the creator's delivery and payment are processed correctly.
The creator can also share the post themselves. In their approved task they use the Posted? Share your post link step to paste the link or pick the post. A match connects automatically; otherwise our team reviews it and the creator is emailed the result.
