Can I filter creators by country?

Yes. Use the audience filter to narrow by primary market. For a Dutch campaign, look for creators with 60 percent or more NL audience. For multi country campaigns, for example NL plus BE, set a minimum local audience percentage, so you do not end up with creators whose followers sit mostly outside your market.
