The Cirqle chases overdue content for you, so you do not need to. We automatically remind creators at day 2 and day 14 after the deadline. You are welcome to message the creator yourself too, through the 1 inbox or an Instagram DM.
If a creator stays unresponsive and their content is overdue for 21 days, The Cirqle cancels the contract. You do not pay for those creators: the amount is credited on your next invoice.
If you agree new deadlines with a creator, update the content deadlines in the platform. That way we do not send automatic reminders when they are not needed.
