Content looks different as an ad. Creators film in 9x16, and Meta automatically runs that content in 1x1 and 4x5 as well, which crops out text overlays, product shots, and key visuals near the top or bottom of the frame. You can see all placement previews inside the approval screen before you click approve. If the product or key text is not visible in the 1x1 or 4x5 preview, use Request Changes and ask the creator to adjust framing or move overlays into the safe zone before you approve.
