Yes. If a chat with a creator has closed, you can reopen it yourself and pick the conversation back up. This is useful when you need to reach a creator after a campaign, for example to ask for affiliate codes, request a missing raw file, or follow up on usage.
How to reopen a chat
Go to your 1 inbox and open the closed conversation with the creator.
Select the "Re-open chat" button.
Confirm. The chat becomes active again and you can message the creator straight away.
How long the chat stays open
A reopened chat closes again automatically after one week of no activity. If you need it open again after that, reopen it the same way.
Who can reopen a chat
Only the brand can reopen a chat. Creators cannot reopen it from their side, so reach out from your 1 inbox when you need to restart the conversation.
