When you create a campaign or ad set directly in Meta Ads Manager, it does not appear in The Cirqle straight away. The Cirqle syncs with Meta automatically once an hour, so there is a short delay before the new campaign or ad set shows up.
You do not have to wait for that hourly sync. Use the refresh button next to the campaign and ad set dropdowns to pull the latest data from Meta on demand.
The button shows a loading spinner while it syncs. Once it finishes, the campaign list resets to the most recent data and your newly synced ad sets appear right away.
If the campaign or ad set still does not appear after a refresh, confirm it sits in the Meta ad account you connected to The Cirqle, then contact us via the chat.
