A creator is added to your invoice when they sign the contract, not when they deliver their content. This is why a creator can appear on an invoice before you have received anything from them.
If content is overdue, The Cirqle follows up for you automatically, with reminders at day 2 and day 14 after the deadline. If the content stays overdue for 21 days and the creator does not provide an update, we cancel the contract and issue a credit or refund for that creator, so you do not pay for content you did not receive.
For more on overdue content, see: A creator is unresponsive or their content is overdue: what happens?
For when the creators themselves get paid, see: When do creators get paid?
