Yes. With Shopify product ordering you choose which Shopify products a campaign offers, and creators pick themselves. The moment a creator signs, the order is created in your connected Shopify store and sent to their verified shipping address, so you no longer place each order by hand. The order is placed as a free order with free shipping.
How it works:
You add the Shopify products on the campaign's Incentives step, picked from your synced catalog with live variants and stock. The brief shows creators how many they can choose.
Creators choose their product and variant, such as colour or size, when they apply. The variant and quantity are shown on the creator order card so you can see what is being sent.
Order type is set per campaign. Direct is the default and creates the order in Shopify straight away. Draft holds the order so you approve it first.
On a Direct campaign, you can also let creators order products that are sold out. Turn on Place orders even if stock is zero for the campaign in the product picker, then in Shopify tick Continue selling when out of stock on each product you want to send. Both are needed. Products Shopify keeps selling show Sellable when out of stock in the picker. The setting is off by default and only applies to the campaign you turn it on for.
Creators see these products marked May arrive late, and the order is created in Shopify straight away even though stock is at zero. On a Direct campaign, a sold-out product that Shopify does not keep selling stays locked as Out of stock, unless it is the only product on offer. If a creator picks it then, or orders more units than are in stock, the whole order is held as a Draft for you to approve.
On a Draft campaign, creators can pick sold-out products whatever the setting, so check stock before you approve the order.
Set a cap in the product picker if you want one, by number of items, by spend, or both. Max items per creator defaults to 1. The cap shows in the brief and in the apply copy, so creators see it too.
Use Edit Shopify order to change an order before it goes out, and deselect any variant that is out of stock.
Shopify ordering and manual product incentives cannot run on the same campaign. If you set a manual product incentive, meaning delivery by post, pickup, or a voucher, Shopify ordering is cleared on that campaign, and the other way round. Pick one reward method per campaign.
Following what has been sent: once contracts are signed, verified shipping addresses and order status appear under Creators, then Shipping. The status per creator is Ordered, In Transit, Delivered, or Failed. Delivery dates sync back into the campaign, so your timeline is adjusted for you.
Reading the product picker:
A product with several size or colour options shows a price range rather than a single price, because variants can cost different amounts.
Each row in an order shows its own subtotal, so you can see unit price against quantity at a glance.
Prices show in the currency of your Shopify shop, with the correct symbol for that currency.
Reconnecting your Shopify store: product ordering needs extra permissions on your store. If your store was connected before those permissions existed, you will see a Reconnect banner on the campaign brief, on the shipping page, and in Settings, then Integrations. Your product settings stay read only until you reconnect and grant the new permissions. Reconnecting grants the permissions Shopify product ordering needs. It is a separate thing from affiliate discount codes, so if codes are what you are after, see How do I create discount codes for affiliate creators?
If product ordering is not active on your account yet, you order and ship products yourself. A useful tip: ask for the details you need to ship, such as size or variant, in your campaign application questions, so you are ready to send the moment a creator signs. See Ship the day a contract is signed.
If the price shown for a product does not match what you expect to send, contact us via the chat before the campaign goes live.
