All your connectors live in one place. Go to Settings, then Integrations. From there you connect and manage everything that feeds The Cirqle.
What you can do in the Integrations hub:
Connect and manage your ad and data platforms: Meta, TikTok, Shopify, Slack, Northbeam, and Impact.
Link your Claude account so you can use The Cirqle through Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot.
Manage more than one Meta ad account in one view.
Enable the Instagram Creator Marketplace and Instagram DMs so you can invite creators by Instagram message.
Adjust your Slack notifications.
Each integration has its own page with a short breakdown of what it does and its current connection status. You disconnect and reconnect an integration from its own page.
How the platform tells you something needs fixing:
One banner at the top of the page when there is an issue with your Instagram account or your ad account. The banner takes you to the integration page where you fix it.
A Requires attention badge in the navigation when your Meta integration has an issue.
A banner on creator search when a feature is switched off, prompting you to enable the Creator Marketplace and Instagram messaging.
A Reconnect banner when a connection is missing a permission that a feature needs. Shopify product ordering is the most common case: stores connected before those permissions existed need to be reconnected, and your product settings stay read only until you do. The same banner appears on the campaign brief and on the shipping page, so you can act from wherever you hit it.
One thing to expect when you connect a Meta ad account: after you select the account, the access request can take a little while to reach Meta. Nothing is broken. Check business.facebook.com, then Settings, then Requests to see it and approve it. Only someone with full access to that ad account can approve it.
Switching a Meta ad account? Two things to know before you disconnect. First, once you disconnect an ad account its data is no longer available in The Cirqle. Second, creator ad permissions sit on the Instagram account, not the ad account, so if the new ad account uses the same Instagram account you can launch ads right away. If you switch Instagram account too, the creator ad permissions have to be set up again.
If a connection is not working, or you are not sure which one you need, contact us via the chat.
