Yes. A creator can request a deadline extension in the platform, and you approve or decline it yourself.
How it works:
Seven days before the content due date, the option appears in the creator's campaign space. The creator can flag a delay or request a new deadline from there.
You approve or decline. Both you and the creator are notified by email, including when you decline.
If you have not responded by the date the creator asked for, the request expires and you can no longer approve or decline it. If the creator has already submitted all their content, the request closes on its own. An expired request still counts as the creator's request.
A creator can request one extension per campaign.
A creator who has reported that the product did not arrive cannot request an extension. Resolve that first.
If a creator accepts the dates you recommend, the contract shows the updated dates straight away.
