Review content

The Cirqle gives you a review and feedback system so the content matches your campaign brief and objectives. You get a notification when a creator uploads content for review. From there you have three options.

  1. Edit caption. The creator provides the caption they plan to use. If you need changes, edit the caption and save it directly.

  2. Request changes. If you need specific revisions, request changes through the platform. We send your feedback to the creator, who revises the content and resubmits it.

  3. Approve content. Once you are satisfied and the content matches your campaign goals, approve it. Approved content is ready to publish on the campaign schedule.

The approval controls appear on the submitted asset, marked "Ready for you to review", with the creator name, content type, and date.

Ad placements and safe zones

When you review content for Partnership Ads, check that all text and key visuals fit inside the designated safe zones and look cohesive across placements. Meta's algorithm deprioritises Partnership Ads with text outside safe zones, so this check protects your ad's clarity and performance.

Recommended aspect ratios by placement:

  • 1:1 for ads on Facebook Reels, Marketplace, and Right Column

  • 9:16 for Instagram Reels and Stories, and Facebook Reels

  • 4:5 for Facebook Feeds, Search Results, and Business Explore

Instagram Reel best practices

Use these when you judge whether a Reel is ready to approve.

  • Start strong. The first seconds should grab attention and keep the viewer watching.

  • Product focused. Reduce distractions and increase conversion by working the product into the content.

  • Seasonality. Create urgency to buy now and increase relevance with seasonal elements and limited edition products.

  • Clear CTA. A clear call to action tells viewers what to do next, whether that is buying or learning more.

Instagram Carousel best practices

  • Start strong. The first slide should be visually compelling so viewers swipe.

  • Clear sequence. Tell a story that guides viewers from product discovery to purchase. Every slide serves a purpose.

  • Product benefits. Use individual slides to show each of the product's USPs and what makes it unique.

  • Mix of content. Balance slides that show the product in use with close-up shots, which keeps the content visually engaging and informative.

Note: an Instagram carousel you run as a Partnership Ad appears exactly as the creator originally published it, so check the slide order before you approve.
