Our new co-pilot chat is your new landing page, and the AI agent that runs alongside your creator programme. It works from your live data, answers questions, suggests your next step and prepares the work, from briefs to creator messages. You approve anything before it changes your data or reaches a creator.
Two ways to open it
On Home. Co-pilot fills the Home page. Type a question in the box and press Enter, or pick one of the suggestions under it.
As a panel on any page. Click the little chat search bar at the bottom of the page, or press ⌘J (Ctrl+J on Windows). The chat opens on the right, next to the page you're working on. It suggests a prompt based on the current page you're looking at.
It already knows which brand, campaign and page you have open. If you're on a campaign and ask "how is this going?", it answers for that campaign. To ask about something else, just name it. Use the expand icon in the panel to switch to full screen.
Good first questions
What needs my attention?
How is my spring campaign doing?
Find fitness creators in Germany.
Who applied this week?
"What needs my attention?" is the best place to start. You get a ranked list of open tasks across all your campaigns, each one linked to the right page.
After each answer, What next? suggests a few follow-ups. Click one, or type your own.
Who can use it
The chat is available to brand admins and managers. It can only do what your role allows. For example, if you can't dismiss a creator on the Applications page, the chat can't do it either.
The chat is not available for ambassador brands. Instead of Home, they land on their ambassador performance page, and the support messenger stays in the bottom right.
If you don't see the chat, contact us through the support messenger.
