How the chat asks before it changes anything

Previews, approvals, and what happens when you say yes.

The chat reads your data straight away. Anything that changes your data, or that a creator will see, waits for your OK first.

What needs your OK

  • Saving or editing a campaign brief

  • Saving creators to a List, or removing them

  • Inviting creators to a campaign

  • Messaging creators

  • Approving content or asking for changes

  • Sending a counteroffer

  • Accepting a creator's rate, which contracts them

  • Shortlisting or dismissing an applicant

  • Updating shipping details

How it works

  1. You ask for something, for example "message the creators who still have content waiting".

  2. The chat shows a preview: who it affects, exactly what they'll receive, and anything it's skipping.

  3. Confirm with the button on the card, or reply "yes". The button says what will happen, for example Send, Create or Approve. Click Don't send or Cancel, or say what to change, if it isn't right.

Ask for a change and you get a fresh preview, along with anything you should know first, such as a deadline you'd be committing to.

Nothing is sent until you confirm. A draft expires after 15 minutes if you don't act on it. If only some of it goes through, the chat tells you which parts failed and why.

A plan isn't an approval

If you agree to a rate plan or a list of suggestions, nothing has been sent yet. Each offer, invite or message still gets its own preview.
