Review content

Ask "what content needs my review?". You'll see each submission as a card with its status, an AI score and notes on what's missing. Use Send feedback or Show details on a card, or tell the chat what to do:

  • "Approve Emma's Reel."

  • "Ask Emma to remove the other brand from the background."

  • "Reply to Sam and say thanks, looks great."

The chat writes out each review in full, one submission at a time. Under its reply you'll see a bar such as Approve Emma's content? Click Approve, Request changes or Send to send it, or Cancel to drop it. Nothing reaches the creator until you click.

If you ask for changes, the chat always includes your reason, so the creator knows what to fix. If the review date has already passed, it suggests a new one for you to agree.

"Changes requested" is what the creator sees. It doesn't remove them from the campaign.

Message creators

Ask the chat to write to one creator or up to 50 at once. You'll see each message before it goes. Messages arrive in the 1-Inbox, and you can only message creators who have signed their contract.

Ask "which creators need a reply?" and the chat checks your 1-Inbox messages and the comment threads on submitted content. Threads waiting on you come first, with an Open link to each one. To answer a comment, ask the chat to reply: it drafts the reply as a comment on the submission, not as a 1-Inbox message, and nothing is posted until you confirm. Your role needs access to comments on content, so Limited viewers do not see these threads.

Update shipping

Tell the chat when products have gone out, with tracking numbers if you have them. Each update emails the creator, so put all of one creator's details in one message. This works for manual shipments only. For Shopify orders and vouchers, use the campaign's Shipping page.
