Some things need a click on a page, usually because they're binding or need your own sign-in.

The chat can't follow up later
It answers while you're in the conversation. It can't check back tomorrow, watch for a post or remind a creator. Creators already get automatic reminders. Ask again whenever you want a fresh update.
When something looks wrong
If a page shows an error, a figure is clearly wrong, or a post still isn't detected after the creator connected their account, contact us through the support messenger (the headset icon in the bottom right). Include:
what's wrong and where
the campaign and creator
the post link, or the date it went live
what you've already tried
