Tell the assistant about your organization

The assistant works better when it knows who you are. Instead of asking you the same questions in every chat, it can read a short description that you write once.

Where to add it

Go to Settings and open your organization details. Find the About this organization box and write a few sentences about your organization: your goals, the products you are promoting, and what you know about the creators you want to work with.
The box holds up to 4,000 characters. Only people whose role allows editing organization details can change it.

How the assistant uses it

The assistant reads this text as background when you ask it to find creators, build a campaign brief or turn content into ads. It uses the text to fill gaps, and it tells you when it did.
Anything you say in the chat comes first. If your message differs from what you wrote here, the assistant follows your message.
The text belongs to your organization, so every brand under it shares the same description.

Tips

  • Write plain facts: what you sell, who buys it, and which markets you sell in.

  • Name the creators you want more of, and the kind you do not want.

  • Update it when your goals change, because the assistant reads the current text each time.
