Every campaign on The Cirqle follows the same flow, from launch to live ads:
1. Launch your campaign
Press Create campaign, then choose Create with Co-pilot (Beta) to build the brief in the chat, or Create manually to start from a blank draft. If you don't have access to the chat, you get the blank draft straight away. The chat can suggest ideas based on what already performs in your ads, but it only saves what you tell it or agree to. You can change the brief afterwards, except the campaign type: it locks once the campaign is launched or a creator has applied. While creating, wou choose the campaign type (paid, gifting, or affiliate), the social network, the paid usage rights and run dates, and whether publishing is required or optional for the creator. With optional posts you still receive the content and can run it as a Partnership Ad. Deadlines you set here are automatically integrated into the contract, with automatic reminders to creators.
2. We do the outreach for you
The moment you launch, your brief goes out automatically to every creator in The Cirqle network that matches your targeting, and we keep putting it in front of matching creators for as long as the campaign is open. You do not have to recruit for your own campaign. Most campaigns see their first applications within 24 to 48 hours and they build from there, so an empty Applications page in the first hours after launch is normal. On top of that you can search yourself: Discover analyzes creator content based on any query you type, you can invite creators individually or in bulk, and Find Lookalikes surfaces creators whose content matches a creator you like. Through our direct Meta and TikTok partnership you can also search the Instagram and TikTok Creator Marketplace and invite creators by DM from your own handle.
3. Creators apply
Applying creators connect their social pages, so you see first party data straight from the networks, answer your application questions, and set their bid: the compensation they want within your campaign cap, for the number of posts and the usage rights defined in your brief. They land on your Applications page ready to contract or negotiate, with nothing further needed from you to keep them coming in.
4. You agree or negotiate
Accept an application directly, or send a counter offer where you adjust the amount, deliverables, or usage rights. The creator has 48 hours to respond. On acceptance, the contract is generated automatically from your brief and signed. If your campaign includes product, you mark shipments and creators verify their address, or you upload a voucher. Ad permissions between your brand and the creator are set automatically at this stage.
5. Content comes in for approval
You chat with contracted creators via the 1 inbox. Creators upload their content with caption for your approval, and the AI Content Analysis runs automatically on every submission: it checks the content against your brief and best practices, and gives you feedback you can copy straight into a Request Changes.
6. Approved content goes to Live Content
The moment you approve, the content appears in Live Content. When a creator publishes, organic stats flow in automatically, and you see organic and paid performance per piece. Filter on "unused as ad" to see what is not running yet.
7. Turn content into ads
Select content in Live Content and press Turn Into Ads. Your connected ad account pulls in your existing campaigns and ad sets, or you create new ones. Set the CTA, destination URL, caption, and identity once, press Copy Settings to All Ads, and launch: your ads are live in Ads Manager within minutes, synced both ways.
8. Track performance
Each campaign has a performance overview: pacing on spend, conversions, clicks, and engagement, plus a breakdown per creator and per social post, so you see which creators and hooks win. The Reporting tab gives you the same view across all campaigns for your brand.
