You can bring creators you already know onto The Cirqle, so every collaboration runs through one place. There are two routes, depending on your history with the creator.
Creators you have worked with before
The Ad Permissions page (under Creators) shows every creator who has tagged your brand with the paid partnership label or already granted you ad permissions. If a creator appears there without Approved Partnership status, open their profile and press Invite Creator: The Cirqle sets up the ad permissions and you can build creator lookalike audiences from their audience. For past partners not visible on that page, use Request ad permissions on the same screen and enter their Instagram handle and email address.
Creators who are new to you and not on The Cirqle
Go to Creators, then Search, and press Invite more creators. Enter the creator's Instagram handle and email address and they receive an invite to join The Cirqle and apply to your campaign. You can also reach creators who are not in The Cirqle network through the Instagram and TikTok Creator Marketplace integration, including invites by DM from your own handle.
Creators join The Cirqle with an email address, or with Google, and a password. A creator who joins on their own can connect their channels later, but a creator who joins from your invite or your campaign brief has to connect Instagram or TikTok before they can apply, because that is where you see their real stats. Other networks, such as YouTube, can't be connected, so a creator without Instagram or TikTok can't apply to your campaigns.
We email a creator who is not on The Cirqle at most twice in six months while they leave the invites unanswered, counting invites from every brand. A third invite in that time is not sent, and you see why: Not invited: this creator has already been invited by email 2 times in the last 6 months without responding. Once those earlier invites are more than six months old, you can invite the creator again.
